When The Brass Tap came to us for help promoting ongoing events to craft beer enthusiasts, we knew traditional media wasn’t right. Instead, we started pairing digital tactics with knockout creative and the rest is history. But our digital partnership didn’t stop there. It evolved into more technical areas. Today, every Brass Tap across the country feels like a local, neighborhood bar because we developed a back-end system that enables Franchisees to create online beer and food menus as unique as the neighborhoods they serve. Since becoming a client, The Brass Tap has grown from a handful of locations to the 2nd largest craft beer chain in the country.

One of our early projects was a short online film to pull more mainstream folks into the craft beer realm – and more pointedly, The Brass Tap. By design, it more closely resembles a music video than a corporate film. Featuring original music and lyrics, we also created a band from scratch to play in the film, assembling an eclectic mix of musicians.
Our thinking? If we’re selling an authentic experience, we should probably craft one to sell it.

Instant menu customization, by location?
We made it easy.

Using our custom-built content management system we made it a breeze to build online menus by location. Each Franchisee can pull from a curated database of over 9,000 beers and customize their menus with price, size, and other options. Every version of the Franchisee’s menu – Print, Web and App – updates instantly in real time when a change is made. 

Every location also has local pages on the website with its own customized information. From announcing events and special offers … to updating store hours and contact information … even linking social media accounts … we make it easy to keep it local.
